Parking Decal Request Application

The Parking Decal Request Application can be used by faculty, staff, and students to request a CCSU Campus Parking Decal for their vehicle. Each vehicle requires one submission. Up to 10 Decals can be requested in a 3 month period.

The decal will be mailed to the person’s current home mailing address.
