Cell Phones - University Issued

Faculty and staff may request a University issued cell phone, for the purpose of University business, to be paid for out of their department budget. It is recommended that you review the Cell Phone Policy prior to submitting your request. 

How to Request:

To request a University issued cell phone:

1. Navigate to https://itrequests.ccsu.edu. 
2. Login with your CCSU email address and password.
3. Search for "Cell phone".
4. Complete the form; click Review & Submit; confirm the information and click Submit.

Additional Information:

• If your University issued cell phone is stolen or vandalized, report it to the CCSU IT Help Desk and the Campus Police.
