TechCentral (formerly known as Marcus White Student Technology Center)

TechCentral was renovated and re-opened to provide more direct support for students:  

• 40 Windows Computers - complete with large screens.  The laptop dock is also a wireless smartphone charger.
• 18 iMacs - loaded with many of the popular software applications used on campus in classrooms and labs.
• 4 Group Spaces - ideal for small groups of 2 to 6 people complete with a computer, extra large monitor and whiteboard.
• Technical support staff - come to the front desk for walk-in technology assistance, no appointment necessary. Available to students, faculty, and staff. 
• Secure smart phone charging station that also sanitizes your device at the same time.
• Color and black & white printing.
• Office supplies - we have a  table set up with a 3 hole puncher, stapler, paperclips and more.
• WiFi access for those who prefer to use their own laptop computers.
• A computerized classroom faculty and staff instructional/training use. 

Hours during Semesters:

Monday-Thursday: 8:00am - 8:00p Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm Saturday: 9:00am - 3:00pm Sunday: 1:00pm - 8:00pm

Walk-in technology support is available to students, faculty, and staff during all open hours. No appointment necessary. 

Computer (PC) Classroom Reservations

The computerized classroom contains 30 student Dell computers and has a teaching station with projector and screen. Faculty and staff may reserve this room throughout the year for instructional/training purposes. To reserve the classroom, create a Meeting Request in Outlook, select Location and choose MWA102 (click on the Scheduling Assistant tab to ensure the room is available). 

Additional Information:

The Library, Student Center, and 4th floor of Vance Academic Center (RVAC) also have general-use computers available.
