Microsoft Teams is a unified communication and collaboration platform that combines persistent workplace chat, video meetings, file storage, and application integration. Teams gives departments the ability to work together and share information via a common space. Other features include document collaboration, one-on-one chat, and team chat. All campus departments have a Team in Microsoft Teams to be used for file sharing and collaboration. It is the department's responsibility to add and remove members of the departmental Team. Teams can be used with your students. They do not need to be a member of a Team to use the chat or online meeting functionality. How to Access:Microsoft Teams is installed on all CCSU-owned computers (Windows and Mac). You may also access Teams online at https://office.ccsu.edu. How to Request:IT has created departmental Teams and they are now available to you. It is the department's responsibility to add and remove members of the departmental Team.
