SAS OnDemand for Academics is free cloud-based software that provides an online delivery model for teaching and learning statistical analysis, data mining, and forecasting. Professors and students can get easy access to powerful SAS software via the cloud. Setup is very easy and all you need is an Internet connection.

How to Access/Request:

To get started, go to: http://www.sas.com/govedu/edu/programs/od_academics.html and click the Access Now button.

If you do not have an SAS account click on Don't have a SAS Profile? beneath the email address and password boxes after clicking on Access Now.

Additional Information:

To register with SAS, go to the website above, click Access Now, and choose your learning path (Independent Learners, Students, Instructors). There are getting started videos and quick start guides available on the SAS web site. Faculty can register a course, upload data to it, and give their students access to it. This is a replacement for the version of SAS that used to be installed in labs and classrooms on campus. There is no local installation needed; it runs in the SAS cloud (on the Internet).
